Weekly Yin Yoga Class: Wednesdays 7pm UK

The YIN CLUB is a monthly membership which gives you access to:

✨ Weekly Live YIN YOGA CLASSES Online (via Zoom): Classes run weekly on Wednesdays 7pm UK for 75mins. All classes are recorded.

🧘 Monthly Live DEEP REST WORKSHOP Online (via Zoom): A 2hr deeply relaxing and restorative workshop that includes an extended Yin Yoga practice, breath-work and guided Yoga Nidra (aka yogic sleep!). An excellent monthly reset for your whole self. Dates of Workshops are announced on a monthly basis and recordings will be available to all in the Club.

🌱 Unlimited access to the YIN LIBRARY: A collection of full length Yin Yoga class recordings, and shorter practices/guided meditations to enjoy throughout the month. Plus new classes added every month!

What is Yin Yoga?

Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice on the floor, where we put our bodies in certain shapes and practice conscious breathing. Shapes are held for a minimum of 3-5mins and there is no effort required. Absolutely no sweating or hand-standing involved.

The benefits of Yin Yoga go well beyond the immediate effects of releasing tension and nurturing your body and mind. Common side effects of a Yin practice include nervous system regulation, becoming more resilient in dealing with challenges, a shift in perspective, more robust connection to self and a general sense of clarity and presence.

Above all the YIN CLUB is an accessible way for you to make conscious space for yourself and your wellbeing in a way that is both nurturing and expansive.


Terms + Conditions:

Joining the YIN CLUB is a monthly rolling membership which can be cancelled any time.

You can join at any point in the month.

For each 30 day period, your membership entitles you to a minimum of 3x (usually 4x, max 5x) weekly Live Yin Yoga Classes on Wednesdays, 1x Deep Rest Workshop (dates to be confirmed), plus unlimited access to the YIN LIBRARY of all recordings.

All live classes + Deep Rest Workshops are recorded and shared with members of the YIN CLUB, via the YIN LIBRARY.

Your membership will renew automatically unless you cancel.

REFUND POLICY: Due to the YIN LIBRARY collection of digital products which are accessed immediately, no refunds are possible. Please take your time to read the Terms carefully before making your purchase.

PAUSING MEMBERSHIP: At this point there is no option of pausing your membership, although it is something I'm working on. If you do need to pause, you'll need to cancel your membership and rejoin when you are ready.
